Deadline
You can request an extension directly from the tax authority (by phone or online).
If you are already a client, we can do this for you. You will need to provide your DECLARATION CODE for the relevant tax year (found on the identifier form received from the tax office at the beginning of the year).
You can send us this declaration code (IMPORTANT: 8 digits and 3 letters) by email or phone.
Tax Assessment
Yes, this is entirely normal. The tax assessment may arrive several weeks or even months after the return is filed. The tax authority has the entire current year to issue your assessment.
Please send us the complete assessment (all pages, front and back) so we can review it.
IMPORTANT: the assessment must reach us no later than 25 days after the notification date (shown on the assessment document).
Change of Situation / Instalments
If there are significant changes compared to the previous year, your instalments should be adjusted to reflect your current tax situation.
This is a service we can provide for registered clients. Please contact us for more information.
For a simulation request, please email us describing exactly what you need, with detailed figures and explanations. We will respond with an estimate.
We can adjust your instalments if your situation has changed during the current year (registered clients only). Please contact us for more information.
